Requests for registration cancellations must be sent in writing to TIAC. A $75 administrative fee (plus GST) will apply to all cancellations. To receive a refund, less the $75 administrative fee, cancellation requests must be received before October 5, 2009. No refunds will be given after October 5, 2009.
Substitutions can be made without penalty up until October 21, 2009. After October 21, 2009, requests for delegate substitutions will be subject to a $50 administrative fee (plus GST). Please note substitutions will only be accepted by e-mail.
